About The Conference:

The Tulsa Catholic Women’s Conference will bring an encounter with God’s universal love through our church to the women of Eastern Oklahoma. Participants will experience generous hospitality, receive high-quality formation, and unite in worship.

Dante & Sam, a dynamic duo, have been the heart of praise and worship at St. Anne Catholic Church in Broken Arrow, Oklahoma, for the past seven years. Leading youth events and weekend masses, their harmonious voices and deep spiritual connection create a powerful worship experience that resonates with all who hear them.

Dante Schmitz has released several gospel records over the past decade. His heartfelt songwriting and passionate performances are dedicated to glorifying God and inspiring others through the gift of music.

Event Parking

There are several parking lots around the Cox Business Convention Center. The daily rate is $10: 

Lots 120 & 125 – Civic Center Parkade: 550 W. 3rd St.

Lot 258 – Reser Lot, 202 S. Guthrie Ave.

Denver Garage – 315 W. 7th Street

 

Hotels

Tulsa Catholic Women’s Conference currently has a block of rooms reserved at the following hotels:  

o Aloft Tulsa Downtown: 200 Civic Center 

o LaQuinta Inns & Suites by Wyndham: 707 S. Houston Avenue 

 

Accessibility

The venue offers accessible entrances, restrooms, doors, and multiple elevators. If you have specific questions about accessibility, please call the Cox Business Convention Center prior to your visit at 918-894-4350.

 

Refunds & Transfers

If you have registered and are no longer able to attend the Tulsa Catholic Women’s Conference, we can offer you two options:  

  1. You may transfer your ticket to someone you know. Please email us with the new attendee’s information, so we can prepare a name tag to welcome them on September 21! Our email is: [email protected] 
  2. Another option is to gift your ticket to be used for scholarships. Simply email us and let us know that you would like us to share your ticket with a scholarship recipient. Our email is: [email protected]  

 

What to Bring

A joyful heart, a rosary and a sweater or wrap in case you find it cool in the convention center.
